In All Honesty: Growing with Intention, Leading with Heart
More often than not, I find myself thinking about the journey that brought me to where I am today, not just the roles I’ve held, but the people, moments, and lessons that have shaped me into the leader I’m becoming.
I’ve spent over two decades in the credit union world, moving through everything from member service to branch management, marketing, business development, communications, and social media. And along the way, I realized something simple but powerful: I genuinely love this work.
It’s not just the titles or the responsibilities, it’s the chance to connect, to listen, to create, and to help people feel supported. Every day offers an opportunity to make someone’s experience a little better, a little brighter, and that’s what keeps me energized.
